SHIPPING POLICY

1. WHEN DO WE SEND YOUR ORDER?

1.1 Once we receive your payment we will ship your order to the delivery address provided at check out. Please make sure you thoroughly review your address details and phone number before placing the order.

1.2 As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment from Monday to Friday. Please keep in mind the orders placed on weekends will not be processed until the next business day.

1.3 The boxes are large and your items will be well protected. 

 

2. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

2.1 We use a number of different freight companies to deliver our products, including but not limited to: Australia Post, DHL, TNT, Sendle. The carrier that your order will ship with will depend on the physical size and weight of the order, the delivery location and type (residential vs. business) and the speed at which you require delivery.

3. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?

3.1 Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package.

3.2 We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

 

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

4.1 You can use the tracking option of your order with the tracking number provided in the confirmation of the shipping of your order by e-mail. You can access the website of our messaging service which contains up-to-date information about your order and delivery.

4.2 In order to ensure customer’s delivery is safe, the courier may ask you to sign on the delivery. If there is the possibility that no-one will be present at the supplied delivery address when our freight company tries to deliver your order, please give Authority to Leave if safe to do so at checkout and include any other relevant delivery instructions. Failure to do so could result in re-delivery fees charged by the freight company that we may have to pass on.

4.3 Play Padel Pty Ltd, as the owner of Bullpadel Australia website, shall not be liable or responsible for events out of our control such as acts of God, wars, terrorist attacks, strikes, lock-outs or embargos. If such events occur Play Padel cannot guarantee the delivery or refund of the purchase until the event is finished.
